Battle Garegga on Saturn has a well-known cheat code to activate guest ships from previous Raizing games. But it also enables you to activate more cheat codes during the game, which no one knew about before! Bo has the details in today's Under the Microscope:

We seemed primed to get the Dreamcast's Magic: The Gathering in the West back in 2001 but it never happened. Now there's an English translation patch to make it accessible all these years later, thanks to AstraLee! Read Pat's story for everything you need to know:

Today, Bo dug into the Sega Saturn port of Command & Conquer! Some of them are very useful, like skipping a mission or building structured you normally can't, plus he found hidden developer messages. Read about it in Under the Microscope:

Our tulips are finally blooming! They’ve been there since I bought my house 15 years ago.
Netlink Night was fun! We had nine players on nine Saturn consoles across two continents (North & South America) playing Disasteroids at once! It was chaos 😆
We later dispersed into smaller games of Coup, Puzzle Bobble and more Disasteroids. We’ll probably do this again next week!

During last Friday's NetLink Night, we tried out experimental online versions of homebrew games Utenyaa (cat girls in tanks!) and Micro Motor Mayhem (toy car racing!)
If you're set up to use the NetLink Tunnel, join us each Friday!

It’s been a lot of fun watching all things Artemis in the last two weeks.
A friend of mine said, “As a millennial, it's cool to have a positive event happening,” and I’m like, damn, yeah, that’s true.
The best way to watch video CDs on a Dreamcast no longer needs a rare and expensive peripheral, thanks to Ateam and Chris Daioglou! But they had to hack through some wild copy protection — read about it here:
