mastodon 4.7.2He/Him
Humanist. Consumer of horror & sci-fi. Listener of audiobooks. Taker of mediocre photos. Backyard gardener.
I also have a passion for environmental sustainability, open source software, cooking & baking, museums and libraries, and art generally.
I'm learning to sketch and paint with watercolors. There's more, but this'll do for now.
I'm a work in progress. Some assembly required.
I haven't painted anything in two weeks; the stress from my day job and from the outside world has left me in a state of creative paralysis lately, or maybe it's major burnout.
I sat down this weekend and took some time for myself. It was nice to slough off the outside world for a bit and just create.
