They're doing radio ads on the local station, too, which are beyond creepy, in their trumpishness. Same messaging - more jails will keep your kids safe. 🙄

I got the story from the neighbours today.
One of those big transformer boxes malfunctioned. Hydro opened it up & found many tree toots. Cut the roots. Tree fell down. Tree had to be cut up & removed. One neighbour was out of power 3 days.
Neighbour beside me pointed out the scorch marks on his lawn by the road, from one of the long-idling trucks. I suggested that it should have happened to our lawn instead, as we would never have noticed. 😏

Just to add to what the others are saying: having sweets, wine, or simple carbs (bread) reliably triggered hot flashes for me for a while. So i avoided them.
These are great: Daily outside cardio. Free weights (at home, nothing fancy) a few times per week. Magnesium before bed. Estrogen cream vaginally in the morning, not before bed.
