@bosquebill@techhub.social it does in fact work but with incredibly stiff beads it might not do the trick. in that case i usually put the bottom of the bead in the center of the rim while i roll the top of the bead on, if that makes sense at all. the center of the rim usually gives you a little more room. seems to work for pretty much everything.

@pmbrandvold@techtoots.com If you want furniture to last you'll want to use mechanical joints, always. That would mean mortice and tenon in this case. They're not all that difficult to do, even fully by hand.
