Landlords are such pieces of shit! A few weeks ago, a dude ended up running into my parents mailbox and driving off without leaving any information (there's a high likelyhood he may have had ICE concerns). Today the man came back to my parents house and tried to give my dad $200 for the mailbox, and Even though my dad said it was ok, dude insisted that he take the money.
