Are Mastodon #webdev folk interested in other people's development software stacks? No idea, I guess we'll see.
Here's the current set of software tools that I use to develop web apps and sites, all running on #macOS #Sequoia.
#Apache ( #Homebrew )
#MySQL (Homebrew)
#PHP (Homebrew, shivammathur version, 8.4)
#Composer
#Node and #NPM
#WordPress (used as application framework)
#jQuery
#SASS
#Taskfile (Adrian Cooney)
#Pulsar Editor
#BBEdit
#CotEditor
#SequelAce
#HTTPie
#SSH
#Filezilla
#LibreWolf
#Vivaldi
and plenty of custom #BASH and #ZSH shell scripts.
Visuals: #Inkscape #GIMP #Krita #ImageOptim
Every tool in this post is free, and almost all of it is #FOSS. I'm not an open source idealist, purist or activist but being able to read an app's source code helps me to trust it.
Questions welcome I guess, otherwise not sure why I posted...

"Using #AI to Update Audit Triggers After Schema Changes"
Generating an audit trigger is only the beginning. As a database evolves, tables change, new columns are added, and existing audit triggers need to evolve with them. This is another area where AI can save developers valuable time.

Falls also jemand Erfahrungen, Kontakte, Ideen hat, die mir weiter helfen, immer her damit.

I once spent a whole month chasing a slow web app bug, convinced I was about to get fired. Then one database upgrade fixed everything, and somehow I became the office hero by accident. Web development is glamorous like that. #php #webdevelopment #server #mysql #website #programmer #coding

Lost your MySQL/MariaDB Root Password?
Done screaming? Ok. Breathe in, breathe out. Also, proceed entirely at your own risk, of course. I am gathering so many notes and scribbles lately and this one is important since i need it every so often. Sidenote: I was about to recommend LastAss for password generation but since I got pummeled with popups, why not go to a decent website here. Also, si

Renaming a table in SQL
Since I am currently overhauling many websites, I needed in one particular case to rename a table. Never needed this before, I searched and found the following. Bog-standard SQL (which worked for me) RENAME TABLE ohu1y_docman_file_counts TO ohu1y_docman_file_counts_bak; PostgreSQL / SQLite ALTER TABLE ohu1y_docman_file_counts RENAME TO ohu1y_docman_file_counts_bak;
