Za niecałe dwie godziny (o 9:00) zaczyna się kolejny Bandcamp Friday, czyli dzień, w którym Bandcamp nie pobiera prowizji od sprzedawanej muzyki i cała kasa idzie do artystów i wytwórni.
Jeżeli planowaliście zakup jakiejś płyty, to dzisiaj jest najlepszy dzień, by to zrobić.
Sam zastanawiam się nad preorderem wychodzącego za tydzień albumu „Ow ∞” duetu Sylvan Esso oraz nowej płyty The Linda Lindas „Gotta Get Out”.

Aha - old Pixel device, converted to GrapheneOS. Obtainium and Auxio (FOSS music player) added. No SIM and WiFI turned off, so just Bluetooth to attach to speakers or headphones.
I'm increasingly finding I'm dumbing down more and more devices to get the most out of them.

it's just the EP because, again, i haven't listened to any of their newer albums but I've had this EP in pretty regular rotation nearly long enough for it to vote. swedish post-punk /goth rock? i don't know what they are saying because i don't speak swedish, but it's infectious - i periodically get one of these songs pop in my head and i gotta listen.

does anybody else "of a certain age" have some crusty old mp3s you got on mp3.com or last fm or p2p file sharing from the early days of mp3s?
ones you've been hanging on to because the music is great even though the artist has fallen off the face of the earth?
I've recently discovered a couple of my old favorites of this type now exist on Bandcamp! i am very sure they didn't before, so it's worth rechecking if you've checked before!
