I wish I was better at researching things at the time, instead of after the fact. As I work on the SHMUPtember blog post, and working my way through, I am reading up on the games. I started making a joke that the character from Legendary Wings' box art could be a prime candidate for one Capcom's many crossover/collab games. But, guess what?! The arcade version of the game featured a playable female character, Michelle Heart, and she has been referenced in a couple of said crossover games! Including, Marvel vs Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes as a support character! I acknowledge this in the blog post, but i also wanted to share this here, because it was something I failed to acknowledge when talking about Legendary Wings. #Capcom #SHMUP

Just watched Street Fighter. It's another one of those movies that doesn't have a too good script, but whatever, who cares. It's entertaining and Jan Claude van Damme is in it. The movie is based on Street Fighter II which I have played before but I never knew there was so much lore behind it. Anyways some things I noticed while watching: Scsi was mentioned(im a computer guy so I totally have to mention it), the controll panel of Bisons platform thingy tgat looks like what browser rides is 2 arcade controllers youd find on capcom arcade maschines and the actor for M Bison died before the movie was in theaters(rip Raul Julia). The jokes where kinda mehr tbh. Also the movie cost 35 million to make and most of that probably went to like the 6 cgi scenes. Bisons flying effect was also done really well and unlike superman they didn't need cgi for it(I assume). Also apparently Kylie Minogue is in the movie. Also its really annoying how they teased a secound movie but never made one, real bummer. Also Universal Pictures made the movie but it was distributed by Columbia TriStar which is odd since thats sony. Oh and before watching it, maybe play Street Fighter II first. Overall rather entertaining movie, might watch again. #streetfighter #fjoxmoviereview #capcom #universalpictures #columbiatristar #moviereview

Downloaded (Ultra) Street Fighter IV on my PlayStation 5. It's dirt cheap at the moment. My older brother and I spent YEARS playing (Super) Street Fighter IV. It is probably our most-played PlayStation 3 game. I basically got this game for my brother. I miss the time when Street Fighter games had such massive rosters. I also got Street Fighter V. I already have a physical copy, but wanted the convenience of owning the digital version. My PlayStation 5 is a Street Fighter machine now, haha. #StreetFighter #Capcom #Gaming
