Choose your colour

I was on my way to try out a new pizzeria when I saw the balconies of this building. I kinda liked the symmetry, so I thought it was worth a shot. The pizza and the place were quite disappointing, unfortunately 😕

It’s been pouring rain the whole day. Forced to stay at home, I’ve been practicing with the camera. I think I start to understand the exposure triangle and the consequences of changing each parameter. It’s still quite tricky though 😵‍💫

She rarely agrees to be my model, but this time she has let me try some recipes from the camera 📸☀️

I am still figuring out how to use my camera, but I am having fun with the film simulations and recipes.

Salud!

On boredom

Since I need to put the winter clothes away and take out the summer ones, I thought about taking pictures of all my clothes and creating a board in Freeform to help me see colours and how they match each other.

It turns out my colour palette is quite… the same across my wardrobe? White, black, navy, grey + brown, olive green and terracotta 🤔

I'm marking each piece I don't like and don't match and making a list of clothing I need to buy the next time I go shopping 🙃

Starting to realise that I’ll be flying to Japan next week 🇯🇵. The last time I took a long flight like that was in 2018, but can’t wait!

It’s time to brush up on my basic and rusty Japanese!

@goodenough@mastodon.world Hello! Is it possible to exclude the title from Pika when publishing via iA Writer? The text defaults to the title field even though I haven’t used any Markdown syntax for it. Thanks!

I’m tired. Enough tinkering.

First time shooting with the camera in the evening. I see now how manual adjustment is needed to make a decent photo 😅
