I’ve been carrying a voluntary mutual aid infrastructure project (mutualaidspace.org) while using my platforms to push anti-imperial analysis and sustain it through whatever freelance work my disability allows. But that model has become unsustainable. For health reasons, I’ve shifted entirely to developing the Hub and offering my take when my nervous system allows.

Day of Judgement doesn't even stop the Indonesian government from being zalim. Iman doesn't stop human from committing jahil. It's incredible that the more they want to sound religious, the more heinous they are. I wonder if they learned anything from prosecuting communists in the past. They think harsher punishments can scare people into not committing a crime. Crime rates drop when the economy is stable, wages are liveable, housing is accessible, food and utilities are affordable, healthcare is accessible, proper and functional mental health services exist, childcare is available, education system is functioning, poverty decreases, etc. Crime rates drop when the government actually takes care of its people. So 🤨 But it's the LGBTQ+ people who are the ones that need to be prosecuted, right? But it's the communists, anarchists, and now LGBTQ+ folks who make society experience moral decay, right? Oh no, do I sound secular? If anything, what the hell makes you think Indonesia is ever adopting the coloniser's binary of religious/secular garbage? And when in the world did being secular ever favour the minorities? While you're at it, what do you think is the cause of religious zealotry emerging in the first place? C'mon, many of you have adopted the elitist language, so use that degree, that education, use that critical thinking .#politics #Indonesia @indonesia@fedigroups.social
