Which is better, being fat or fit? Being weak or strong? I'm not talking about beauty or height or baldness, but about being less vulnerable and more able (and you know it). We could talk about health benefits, it's effects on hormones, disposition, overall happiness etc, but that requires a good faith conversation, and you don't want that, so it is what it is.
