My exact brand of neurospicy is open to debate, but I have learned that with enough enthusiastic questions, I can get a lot of otherwise normal people to infodump about their job or hobbies, which they often do with a sort of incredulous air that anyone wants to listen. LIKE I WOULDN’T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT MUSEUM CONSERVATION OF FABRICS!? @Drezil@toot.kif.rocks

Man, my brain is REALLY not firing on all thrusters today. Got halfway to the grocery store and realized I’d left the dog in the backyard, went back, get to grocery store, discover I don’t have my wallet. Even for me, this is a day.
@sigridellis@wandering.shop Now I’m just waiting for the dudebros to roll in and tell me I was doing it wrong. 😛
@Mimesatwork@wandering.shop Ironically, I absolutely make my living these days on self-pub and selling way fewer copies—but I probably needed the brand recognition of traditional pub to get to that point. (Also Livejournal.)
@adrienne@social.treehouse.systems @ionizedgirl@toot.cat @swetland@chaos.social *bones gently crumbling to dust*
@Nycteris@mastodon.art Oh no! Well, what I did was just wander from gym to gym and if I was getting murdered by high level critters, I was in the wrong area and ran away.
@bug_gwen@mastodon.online I really feel for whoever has to go through and rename all the Quaker moths.
@graydon@canada.masto.host @KBSpangler@redwombat.social I believe it would be trumpeting, wouldn’t it? For most pachyderms, anyway.
