Custom lettering hand-carved on reclaimed Carrara marble – Scævola
I did not put my right hand on the fire like him, but I came close. More on this amazing legend here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaius_Mucius_Scaevola
Fun fact: Scævola's right hand is carved on the U.S. embassy's building in Rome, on the side of via Sallustiana. You can switch to the Italian page to see it.
Hi all, I'm looking for commissions on script-typefaces, as well as logotype sets in cursive. If you hear anything, let me know! Just manifesting new work coming my way :AlineaRotated:
Finally managed to complete the hardest lettering by far... Not perfect, but finished! Reclaimed slate and white enamel paint (I don't think suits it very well)
RE: @letterformarchive@typo.social
Happy ones!
We need to add Richard Kindersley...🥀 Please, 2025 don't take any more letter carvers!
Worst nightmare of a designer? When their back gives up and starts hating the mattress.
Three nights of pure hell 😭
INFORMATION REQUEST / HELP
Do you have a script/method to check every single Unicode in a typeface? Like a grid or a list that automatically shows the glyph and its Unicode in a document?
@eWalthert@typo.social for a second I understood the exact contrary, I was like wtf!
