If you don't care about hyphens, \bword\b might be the better choice as a zero-width assertion (i.e. no need for capture groups to retain other characters).
If you do.. (?<!-)\bword\b(?!-) with some perl magic included will do the look backs/lookaheads.

It's the only software stack that makes sense right now, apart from completely homebrew. AI agents are usually more restricted.
And I'd be amused and not really surprised if the owner doesn't quite know what's happening...

Wenn der wirklich keine Zweitwohnung in München haben sollte und der in der drei Monaten vermutlich auch noch durch Bayern gerödelt ist (und wahrscheinlich keinen Zug nutzt) ist das jetzt hyperexzessiv. (Also, mal abgesehen von 90 km/Richtung pendeln…)
