Final push of watercolors for the #30x30directwatercolor challenge for June.
Pretty much one a day - with the exception of two in a day now and then - and one large one. Definitely got into fatigue, but better to focus on that than doubt - which is what I had been facing before June...

Oof. Been in a major rut the past couple weeks.
I like to say I am in the business of ruining perfectly good paper, but sometimes it's fun when that destruction produces something pleasing to look at.
Not lately.

Morning value sketches. Outside of my usual subject matter, but the other day I came upon a farm and was mesmerized.
There was a time in high school where I pretty much only wanted to listen to Mountain and gobbled up any vinyl I found at the local shop. I think it may be 20+ years now since I fished this album out of the stacks, and boy what a treat!
Love finding goodies I forgot were in the gatefolds. How would I ever know the relation of elephant to whale size? And the music, the music!
Ah... Early March. Snow thawing, birds chirping, clocks changing, uncontrollable eating of soda bread because YOU ALL NEED TO STOP BRINGING IT OVER!

@bit101 I have not gone full plunge, but yes I use it for tasks similar to these and it is useful and if you stop and read the explanations (if asking for them specifically) they can be quite enlightening.
