Definitely been counting on the lilies for a good time and not disappointed.

I really dislike the feeling of sunscreen but it's important for my skin over the long haul. when gardening I wear a big hat, a long sleeve shirt, and gloves. Mostly covered, but still need to put sunscreen on my legs! yuk! but then I was thinking, what about long-sleeve shorts? do they make those?

Planted this jasmine four years ago, intermixed with clematis, hoping they'd vine together. That first summer though was super hot and it seemed like the clematis didn't make it. But then today for the first time, one lovely purple flower is there!

Brewery hosting the local pizza food truck is playing Daft Punk “Random Access Memories” and reminded that summer was the last time I thought things were going to be OK.
(Without getting involved and pushing the needle myself, however awkwardly 😅)

I mean ha ha, yeah very funny. But a reminder before y'all forget, the pope doesn't want my and other trans kids to exist.
My coping (?) mechanism seems to be finding video channels with tons of content and watching them descend from happiness into 2020. Probably not healthy. Anyway, hellllooooo Dimension 20!
USA v AUS in Seattle tomorrow in a stadium I know so well, and you couldn't pay me to be anywhere near it, have anything to do with FIFA, and have to hear the “USA" chants. Will watch from my couch at least half heartedly to see if our Iron Man gets time.

@fatsam@mstdn.social most recent time I got called, the online questionnaire mentioned something about a drywall factory and protective equipment. the ending bit question about can you be objective, “um I have an amateur pottery studio in my garage and my teachers were *extremely* clear about silicosis, so…”

@Catfish_Man 2 is waaay easier when you are the CTO. 3 is waaay harder when using SwiftUI or other similar “put in a description; hope it works" tools. 😂 (Though I hear tooling has gotten better, idk)

@patc@pdx.social Lovely. Somewhere I have a video of my kids doing TRON light cycle races on a pad of paper with pens. No idea what rules they came up with, but they had fun.
“in the Pacific weather conditions remain go" -- uh, I think you're splashing down no matter what idk.

@maxleibman@beige.party I was told it was supposed to be a 1000x "no"s to every yes so you do the math.

@TechConnectify@mas.to Thank you. So impressed by the Midwest, and hope we can step up our efforts with y'all's example.

@ethanschoonover Living in Tacoma in the 80s with my Mom working in Pierce County emergency services I got the "reassuring" message as a kid that we wouldn't suffer. Good times.
