@Dianora@ottawa.place I think that's what I was looking for - something on demand that can be close by. I looked it up and there's Velofix, TunesOnWheels, BikeMobile and Ottawa Mobile Bike Repair - I'll check them out, thanks!

@parismarx@mastodon.online this is great and hope you are supported in it!

@gremlin all this is an ad?

@glassbottommeg skatebird was great and I'm excited for antifa crow! I shared your announcement in indie games groups I'm in and wishing you luck!

@parismarx@mastodon.online I'm excited for someone to show you around Linux! I've been using Ubuntu since 2008 and recently switched to Mint, and the developments over the years has been incredible.

Thanks for these! There's a shop I regularly go to, but their turnaround takes a lot longer than I need. Not having a bike for a daily commute is difficult and expensive. I'm bad at repairs, even more ones. I've tried to learn, but I've been unable to retain or use fine motor skills to resolve problems, even like loose brakes or changing a tire tube. I am willing to pay someone else for their time and labour to eliminate that stress. ReCycles is great and that's where I've bought bikes before.

@parismarx@mastodon.online I just read that you've had it with Microsoft. Are you going to be shown around Linux sooner?

@alex@dair-community.social this is probably the only book talk I keep seeing posters for around the city. I hope it goes well!
