@SwiftOnSecurity@infosec.exchange when you ask for a mocha caramel latte, but input size as -1 and the the uint wraps around
@i_lost_my_bagel@mastodon.lilysthings.org @SwiftOnSecurity@infosec.exchange this is so good and so cursed, i love it
@SwiftOnSecurity@infosec.exchange confirmation from a NASA engineer that the rocket knows where it is at all times because it knows where it isn't. It uses the guidance platform to generate corrective commands to drive the rocket from a position where it is to a position where it isn't

@Br3nda@cloudisland.nz yeah that's sounding a bit flawed to me too. given how espresso is meant to be 9 bars of pressure you'd think it would be more robust!
@TechConnectify@mas.to would you consider doing a video in J3068? More V2X opportunities plus North America joining the type 2 AC standard (with some tweaks). Will it catch on or remain niche to commercial?
@TechConnectify@mas.to I think there's a case for highlighting this from the SAE J3400 / NACS news. It doesn't make the same headlines but SAE recommending on J3068 / Type2 for AC charging for all use cases, not just commercial 3 phase, is extremely helpful to global standardization of vehicles that only need AC charging.
@TechConnectify@mas.to the quality, cadence and humour of your writing while explaining some really complex topics is brilliant, and the fantastic production quality with what I'm sure was a huge editing effort is also really impressive. This is some of your most impressive content!
@Br3nda@cloudisland.nz speaking of Dams, I only found out about this last year:
>The lake created for the power station submerged most of the geothermal area, destroying 200 hot springs, several silica terraces and 70 geysers, including the world’s second largest geyser. This geyser was known as Minginui, and its “fountain” reached heights of 90 metres. The scheme also destroyed wahi tapu (sacred sites of Maori), and forced Ngati Tahu (a North Island tribe) to relocate their marae
@Br3nda@cloudisland.nz is it the same as this unit? He doesn't look like he's holding back on pressure (7:30)

@Br3nda@cloudisland.nz I hadn't heard of this lever machine. Looks interesting though, disappointing its not consistent. Surely a lever machine should handle more force than the average person could apply??
Also on the regular espresso machine at work they previously getting dark roast (beans shiny and slightly oily) and it was hit and miss on bitter shots. Shifting to a medium roast (more matte looking beans) meant much nicer consistency and less bitter burnt taste shots, way more tolerance there.
@Viss@mastodon.social tell it to update the apology to include a snarky comment in the last paragraph that you don't actually care, it's spot on
@Zurtle oh nice, I've seen that referenced in a few articles but never looked at the source. Yeah beard n mo would have to be trimmed small enough to not break the seal. But saying that, still has some benefit - someone bearded and masked is better than someone unbearded and unmasked!
@mjg59@nondeterministic.computer would you @dwizzzle@infosec.exchange happen to know someone on the Pluton team?
