1.5 weeks later and new update is in the flatpak repo with the responsive library layout. ❤️ #Mimick can be now used as proper #Immich photo viewer and uploader on Linux #phone.
https://github.com/nicx17/mimick/issues/109
It's time to get some big leap in Linux phone cameras and we can happily fill our Immich servers with photos...
Už tam sedí 😄

Just discovered:
There is a native linux #Immich client:
https://flathub.org/en/apps/dev.nicx.mimick
It's primary feature is photo upload, but it has also a library viewer. Sadly the library view layout is not ready for phones. Still a little missing piece to get closer to Linux phone future.
#TIL there is a federated Gravatar alternative called @libravatar@photog.social. I wish more projects would adopt it. 👍️

I just spotted several seconds of the #Futurama time traveling episode (S07E07), and my brain immediately recognized the episode, remembered the song cover and started the song earworm...

It's the #bike washing day again... 😩
I don't want to, but I have to. After the last rain it almost doesn't brake.
It's quite an operation to wash it in our smallish flat.

@elly I would be really cautious with the wording. Instead "bootloader unlocking" I would force something as "alternative system installation with posibility to apply same security measures" as much broader set of features is needed to install OS.
You want to allow unlock bootloader, flash custom OS, load custom cetificates/keys/... to bootloader, relock the bootloader, verify and boot alternative OS signed with alternative keys.

@Edent@mastodon.social yep, I have similar feeling of it. Still using #xmpp with my family members. It's much simpler to host and it just works. It has good android app #conversations and pc apps #dino and #gajim

@vervain@mastodon.vervainglobal.com yep. It always breaks when I have no time to play with it. 😀
This a nice piece of technology
