OMG Fedi! :neobun_llenn_aww:

IT IS DONE! The Outfit I have dreamed of for so long. I finally have it fully in person. All made myself.

I am kinda proud
:neobun_llenn_happy: There were quite some errors along the way but I got a nice result. Though obvs. if you were to look closely and on hand you will notice some errors lol. The most noticeable thing will be the added squares on the neckband in the front.

I also did not add more ruffles to the neck-band. I will add some lace later, have to order some. Will likely end up using the same as with the other kimono jacket.

I really like the ties as well. Though I did add some push-buttons as well to be able to close it better (not pictured here)

But look at me! I am fucking cute and elegant! I love this outfit so much!

So enjoy some photos with me.

Sneaky Tuesday post :neobun_llenn_smug:

I got the hat for the set now as well. Very cute indeed
:neobun_llenn_uwu:

A little top hat with cute bunny-ears. Though I do get the feeling it kinda wants to be worn with a wig to keep it in place with the hairnet the wigs come with.

The hat itself feels kinda heavy. Here I used a hairband to clip it onto so it would stay in place and not pull my hair out. Those big clips are demons lol.

Time for some proper hornyposting for once.

I got a lovely blouse from a proper Lolita-Brand yesterday, in this case Angelic Pretty. It has some wide very pretty princess sleeves.

Though sadly when I wear the blouse properly the sleeves seem to be too short.
:neobun_llenn_sad:

Atleast I got some absolute fire photos out of it with the short Lolita Dress and heels that came recently.

I really missed these things so much in my collection. And they give the outfit just the right amount of sexiness.

Tbh I might have preferred some heels with and even steeper arch for this one like the Giaro galana line.

But damn these heels really add to the dress in just the right ways in my eyes. I look absolutely lovely and GOURGES in them. All they really miss is a red sole to match the Outfit hehe.

But really like this Shoe. They end just at the right spot right under the ankles showing off ALL the leg while being a closed shoe (my favorites anyway). The Patent PU-Leather adds just the right amount of allure being all shiny and all. The Style is just lovely.
:neobun_llenn_heart:

I am so glad to have these back in my collection again. I will cherisch them more this time.

And the silohuette of these things is just to die for especially in that side shot
:neobun_llenn_drool_reach:

I would so much fall for me here. Just looks so sexy and alluring. I would pick me up for a date dressed like that
:neobun_llenn_pleading: (not that I would look elegant walking around in these shoes outside, trust me I tried)

Also the camera had a good and capturing the red really well. I really like these shots in general.

So who is gonna pick me up for a date?

Sewing: New finished hats; Part 2: Construction and Pattern
Lets talk about the Wizard-Hat first. Its a pattern by CholyKnight. And basically its a Wizard Hat you can customize easily with different ears, bows and can choose from different crowns. You can have your normal pointy crown, curved crown (the one I used here) and a jagged crown. The LLENN-Ears are obviously my own making. Tbh making this hat was very enjoyable. Its a rather easy. Its not many pieces. Pretty sure I used up more time for the accessories than sewing together the brim and crown lol. I LOVE the way Choly explained how to make a nice cute bow. I love them and might use that in other stuff as well. Such a cute bow. All in all I really liked making this. I got to some interlining in the form of Decovil I and Decovil I Light. The Brims of both hats use the stronger thicker Decovil I and the other parts Decovil I Light. I dunno if I needed the thicker one for the brims but the one on the LLENN Wizard stands really good. Though maybe 2 layers of Decovil I and 4 layers of fabric are quite a lot. But more than enough to hold those ears tbh. The one thing I should do different next time is using the 24" size instead of the 23". The 23" fits rather snugly... But for cosplay use its fine I guess, maybe some felt or something to soften that seam be nice... For the underside of the brim I decided to have some fun and used some black and white flowery fabric I had lying around. Attaching the brim to the crown was a bit difficult for all those layers of fabric and Decovil. But was doable. Pretty sure I broke a needle though lol. (I broke so many with the megu hat :neobun_llenn_shocked:) Generally making another one of these hats should be easy enough if needed. I do not plan to wear it too often so it should be fine, right? Its really cute tbh. The ears and bow are attached to the hatband so that easily transferable. Now I can be LLENN in a fantasy game! :neobun_llenn_aww: Shooting Magic Missiles with her P90. :neobun_llenn_laugh_tears: So... lets talk about the Megu-Hat :neobun_llenn_shocked: So many mistakes were made but it kinda worked! Needles literally "exploding" by me pulling them to the side in the fabric (DON'T do this they break). But from square one.... This one is a pattern from Tiffany Gordon Cosplay. Choosing this pattern was such a mistake... The pattern was made with a foam base that then has a fabric layer put ontop of it. Me a pawfessional (not) decides: I can do this with only fabric and Decovil right? WRONG! Okay not totally. But god damn it was rather difficult. Just because my sewing machine is nor really made for sewing 3D objects. The different pieces needed to be attached together with seams. And I ain't gonna do them by hand. Oh my matching those curves was almost impossible! :neobun_llenn_scream: I felt really dumb trying to use a pattern for foam with fabric. It became really unwieldy and all but somehow I got it together (after breaking 3 needles by accidentily pulling the fabric into place as it was down= It looks fine enough tbh. Surely more than good enough for fotos and recognizeable enough. It misses the "eyes" I can do with buttons and shoestrings or similar. The yellow thing at the back of the hat should actually hang down but I could not attach that last brown piece to the tip. So I did not and just attached the thingie to the back so it looks maybe a little odd sticking out. The seam at the back is kinda unfortunate. The brim got a little heavy and pulls down a little. But there is a reason its at the back. Won't see it too often atleast. The one thing I really liked although its kinda tedious was that headband. its bascially made of 3 layers of fabric (2 yellow, 1 red) and 1 Layer of Decovil I Light. The yellow fabrics were sewn together and the red one was attached with Vlisofix (used for applique) to make it pretty I used a very short stitch (used for buttonholes normally). It helps with the edges of the red fabric, makes them neat and serges them. Also yes I did actually cut out all those shapes out of the red fabric so the yellow fabric underneath shines through. It came out so well! Love it. The hat is nice but I would not make it again with this pattern for sure lol :neobun_llenn_sweat: #Sewing #Cosplay

A very impromptu shooting since time is kinda limited for me today.

I bought me something rather cute on vinted again. It was listed as "Komitsu Tea House Japanese-style Furisode Lolita Dress"

A Furisode is from what I searched a kimono with long sleeves (going down).

I kinda love it also resembles your typical sailor outfit. Almost a little like school uniforms seen in anime.

Like with some fashion for there is some fitment issues since I am just built like a man and not a woman.

Its lovely the sleeves are actually long enough that can really be a pain point for me.

You may notice it sits quite high, that because the bodice is just not long enough for me. Also I could not really close the zipper on the side (the side not seen on the photos
:neobun_llenn_3c:)

So I will need to elongate and make the body wider to fit me. Lets hope I can find some navy-blue rayon.

edit: It is not a Lolita-Dress was clearly told that. Then its just a cute costume :3

Well some sewing crimes took place today, but I think altering the skirt was worth it for sure.

I happened to find this very nice looking skirt. The Print with the books is just so lovely and the combo of yellow and brown is just so lovely.
:neobun_llenn_aww:

This one is an actually genuine skirt from a japanese Lolita-brand. In this case its the Royal Library Skirt from Innocent World. Just costed me (a kinda stupid for one piece) 100 €.

There was just one problem. I knew beforehand that the skirt would not fit me. The measurement for the waist was 75cm at max.

I did try it on just how it was when it came. It did not fit obviously. So some enlarging that waistband was needed.

Luckyly there is an answer to almost any sewing-question on the internet.
Ali (German Video!) saved my day again.

He helped with fixing some hole on my jeans before lol.

I did make some little mistakes with measuring stuff out so the fabric I added to the backside after cutting some off shows through but when wearing it (especially with the bow) its not too noticeable...

I did take the "easy" route though since I did not really wanted to disturb the pleats of the skirt in the front, the back had a nice section with a rubber band in it so altering there was the easier thing to do. The geometry of the skirt did shift a little. The zipper is now at the front but it does not bother me really.

I could have taken off the whole waistband and redo the pleats to keep the zipper to the side but I did take the easier route.

Still very happy I can actually wear this
:neobun_llenn_happy:

I still need to get a whole coord together for it. Some more brown and yellow would be nice for sure. For now I just thrown some stuff together:

- Atelier Pierrot Shirring Princess Sleeve Blouse
- black tights
- Some KOI Tira Mary Jane Heels
- Innocent World Royal Library Skirt

So enjoy the skirt with me. (And help cover up my sewing crimes

You can also find me wearing this during dokomi which is happening in düsseldorf from the 29th May to 31st May. The Outfits planned are: Friday: Lolita-Outfit Saturday: LLENN-Cosplay Sunday: Maid Cosplay You will find me at dokomi itself on saturday and sunday. You will need a little more luck to find me friday though since I will be strolling through Düsseldorf that day with some friends. Though I think we wanted to stroll through the park next to the congress center on friday. There is always nice cosplay to see there. So if you happen to see me and want to say hello feel free to do so.

Today fedi I have something a little more elegant for you :neobun_llenn_3c:

Here I can show off a dress I bought quite some time ago really now. The dress used to be closed on the top with a black fabric.

As always the shoulder-width was a problem being just to narrow. So I did decide to alter the dress and make it "open-top". So basically open back and shoulder-free.

So I did remove the top part of the dress and got myself some bias binding to serge the edges with and get a nice finish.

I then stole some straps from another dress so it can be a neckholder now.

I also added some nice bows. One to the front (to hide some "mishaps") and a big one to the back. Looks always very cute anyway. If needed I can remove them easily though.

The coat is a very new addition to the closet lol. I was looking for one like this for some time. Again its from one of my beloved brands for these type of coats: Poizon Industries. It looks so good and kinda luxurious as well.
:neobun_llenn_aww:

Also it kept me atleast warm in like +5°C. The red really is so nice and the shape is neat. Fits quite well. Though maybe one size bigger might been better in terms of shoulder-width.

The alteration of the dress went well enough. Just need some occasion to wear something more glamorous like this. I do love the coat for the day to day wear so far though.

Anyway enjoy the pics

Sewing: paper patterns
I did also have some time to cut out the paper patterns. Looking nice already. Seems like a cool project hopefully. Other than the fabric I did also order some Decovil I and Decovil I light. I really hope the Decovil I alone is enough to get the brim to not be floppy. I will see. :neobun_llenn_laugh_sweat: For the choly witch hat I am still deciding which crown to use. I feel like the "normal" pointy one is kinda meh so that won't be used. The question then is if I want the "jagged" or the "curved" crown both are kinda fun and will certainly look good with the LLENN-Ears :neobun_llenn_think_owo:

Sewing: cutting and serging for the witch-hats
Cut a lot of stuff today and serged as as well. Also the headband for Megu-Hat ist coming together nicely. Just give an applique stitch so it looks better. But very happy already. The two hats will look soo good (hopefully) when they are done Next would be assembling the hats but I will need to wait for the Decovil I and Decovil I light to arrive. These are iron on backing giving way more stiffness and structure to the fabric pieces so I hope the hats will keep their form nicely then #Sewing

@lyli@mk.absturztau.be biiiiiiiiiig sleeves. I mean such big sleeves can be used for kimonos (for women type kimonos they can be very long lol). But they do get cumbersome at that length for sure. So shortening We will especially since the pattern in the book has them less long. 80 cm sounds like a nice length for me. That grey fabric is not even looking too bad as well ngl. But some white linen or cotton will look divine!
