Today I had to move a PC tower that has a Lego Wall-E model sitting on top of it. I thought to myself that I should move the Wall-E first or there is a risk of it falling off and going to pieces.

Did I actually do that? No.

And did it fall off and go to pieces? Of course it did.

Luckily I was able to put it back together again.

I have now been using an #AppleWatch for 4000 days.

This is more like it!
#SteamFrame

I received my #SteamFrame… ergonomic accessory kit today. The actual Frame itself still awaits processing. Yay…

Beat Saber also works fine natively on the #SteamFrame. First time I got to properly try out a 360 level. It was a lot of fun.

Happily, #PistolWhip runs better natively on the #SteamFrame than it did on the PC and the Vive. I just need to get used to the much lighter weight and lack of cables.

I am neither a jack of all trades nor a master of one. I dabble in several different objects of interest at a level where I am not confident enough to call myself an expert, but which from a neurotypical point of view would probably appear to be near total obsession. I often wish I could share my excitement with someone, but I am also terrible at actually talking to people.

The Lego Arcade Pinball machine is a lot of fun. There are times the ball gets stuck on something, but for the most part, it works beautifully.

Can we stop calling them “influencers” and start calling them propagandists?

Do you ever get a weird feeling as if doing something a lot makes you better at it? Can’t be real, right?

“Look, look! Our Torment Nexus broke containment, too!”

Dismantling and sorting the pieces from old #LEGO sets to make display space for new ones is by far my least favourite part of the hobby.

The sky was the color of a television, tuned to a dead channel.

You should be allowed to lease a new body every twenty years or two hundred thousand kilometres

Masters of the Universe was a supremely silly film. I still prefer Revelation and Revolution, but it was entertaining enough. Even with damn Jared Leto. At least we didn’t have to see his face.

My big sloth art project was started exactly four years ago today. 1 740 702 strokes, 807 hours, 20 minutes, and counting. But I’m starting to hope I might finally get it finished this year.

After Interview with the Vampire: “Lestat is a fucking monster!”
After the Vampire Lestat: “Lestat is an innocent baby girl who never did anything wrong!”

Spaceman! Spaceman! SPACEMAN!!!

Fun, quick build. It was nice to build something that wasn’t predominantly black or grey for a change.

When you finish reading a thousand plus page book and feel seriously tempted to re-read the whole thing immediately to better catch all the plot threads together.

I sincerely hope this is another TACO Tuesday.

That Vampire Lestat show is pretty amusing. Much better than I remember the book having been.

Why does anyone give any weight to the words of that pathological liar any more? Or that one? Or that one?

Monument Valley 3 feels a bit like the Room 3 in that it tries to expand the idea of its predecessors into new areas and in the process spreads the original concept a little thin in some ways. But some of the ways it subverts the familiar mechanisms are absolutely delightful the first time you encounter them.

After finishing Monument Valley 3 yesterday, I replayed the previous entry today. Short and sweet, but has some nice set pieces, too. Although I still think the original and its Forgotten Shores extension is my favourite one.

Let’s do a proper #introduction. I am Slothdude, a hobbyist #sloth #artist. I used to draw sloths on an app called #DrawQuest until it shut down, and then for a while drew sloth portraits of people on another app called French Girls until that shut down, too. Now I draw sloths wherever I can, usually with an iPad app #Procreate. I do slothified versions of fine #art as well as cartoons and #fanart. I am also a #lego enthusiast.

Danielle still continues to be the very best of them all.

Can’t wait to have a properly working native immersive stereoscopic video player for the #SteamFrame.
