So many people have no idea about how to use the basic technology they use every day, when it goes wrong.
"My WiFi's not working" (the internet)
"Where's my file saved" (Which shitty cloud)
"It's not saved" bet it has.
I can't help everyone , it's emotionally draining, I feel helpless in the oncoming storm.
We're teetering on the edge of a cliff with "IT" knowledge.
