404 sleep not found woke to multiple fire alarms out my open window and the smell of some very nasty acrid smoke the alarms have stopped now and i've been told fire trucks are on the scene but that's scary.

ug the urge to nap is real, but steroid brain is too. had to get a migraine cocktail last night and still went to the doctor this morning. exhausted but brain won't slow down.
