just looked it up and found this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sealioning

I tried duck.ai a few times and most of the source links it gave me were either 404 or unrelated.

should I be able to click the "share on mastodon" link on https://blog.joinmastodon.org/2026/03/a-new-share-button/ for example, then enter my snac instance domain and be able to share? Or am I misunderstanding?

on snac I have an option for Scheduled Post. Does Mastodon not have something like this? It might be useful for announcing an event. (For visibility, I wouldn't recommend a band to start off in the Fediverse with snac, but rather an established network. As great as I think snac is, might not be best suited for a band.)

This is a great site and the one I've been checking the past couple of days. Lots of info and loads fast.

wow! I hadn't heard of that one. That's crazy. I haven't owned a printer in years. I guess I'll have to be careful and research it if I do want to buy one. CC: @monkeyben@mastodon.sdf.org @isocat@tiggi.es @pluralistic@mamot.fr

I'm going to have to try it again. I had it first on PlayStation, but then sold my PlayStation. Now I have it on Switch, but I spend most of my gaming time playing Zelda games.

dang I hope I didn't trigger anything by sharing your video on Facebook. I'm just trying to get some friends and family to come to the fediverse and hopefully delete Facebook (again).

just curious, was your searxng instance listed on searx.space? Do you know if many people were using it? I've just set it up recently and so far no issues, but it's mostly just being used by my wife, son, and myself.

I was going to watch some of the testimony, but then I got high :D Just kidding, I saw some of where Afroman was being questioned and one of the policemen, and an ex of one of deputies.

Mine is there too. I wonder if it's not hosting the information but just presenting it through a different UI like xcancel does with twitter? If I go to the mostr page for my profile and right click my profile or header image, it's being served from my domain.

I'm 51 years old and when a website asks me my first pet's name, I get a little sad thinking about them even though it's been a really long time. They were good doggies and my first best friends. I've had a couple others after that and I miss them too!

my Dewalt drill batteries are getting low and just realized my charger is only takes 120 V. Most of my other chargers I brought from US are 100-240 V and can be safely plugged in here.

I'll either need to buy a voltage converter or a different charger for my drill batteries, depending on what's easier and cheaper to find. I know a lot of places in Tbilisi that sell Dewalt, so might be easy to find? I'm not sure what prices are like or if they have standalone chargers. Mine came with the drill.

I wasn't familiar with her until I came across this bass cover https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNmtQ_F6YL8 (and I recommend this person's other videos too if you like bass.) Since then I've listened to some other stuff (I really like it more with Julia's bass, but still Dua Lipa has a great voice.) Good to see that she's using her popularity to do some other good works!
