I woke up this morning with a phone that hadn’t charged overnight and found my charging stand would occasionally flicker to life if I jiggled the cable just so, so I figured I couldn’t really make things worse. I disassembled it to see if I could resolder the USB-C port. Sure enough, my solder work is ugly but it’s working again, hooray for repair!

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org As far as fountain pens go, I have a Twsbi 580 that seals very well, no issues with ink dying out in it. I also have a Lamy Safari in very bright yellow that I love for how easy it is to find, it seals ok, and using cartridges makes ink refills very easy
