@kagihq@mastodon.social So I’m working on something for myself. I have decided that #OrionBrowser is going to be my hub for everything that I can place on the favorites and just open from there. No more app garden, because that’s just not how the web was meant to be. As much as I use it, Orion with #Kagi should be my home anyway. I am happy here.
As long as we will be willing to admit there are any evil persons (or behaviors, or choice, or whatever), smart people will use our own gullibility against ourselves, in their own interest. And they will win, against us.

I’m going to go hangout in a hot tub, because why not? Might be relaxing.
I have a great idea that just popped in my head today and I can’t make it happen, but someone can and I just want to contribute this to the world okay? So here it goes.
You know how in the military you can get a hop and go anywhere? Well what if there was a company for civilians that does that, but there is more: It’s not centralized, its values matter and the business model is Public benefit corporation. It’s ran by veterans. So wherever it starts at, any country - it can expand to any country but each location is decentralized and runs itself, there is no parent structure - they’re like nodes.
The vehicles for transport can both drive and fly (there are vehicles being made for that now). The tires can be those ones that don’t need you to pump them up, so they don’t go flat.
The company can donate some money to local veteran organizations to help. The company can partner with veteran organizations that align with their values. Veteran owned, veteran ran and new hires are veteran vetted but don’t have to be a vet. Also, all customer data is end to end encrypted and saved locally as much as possible for the customer to use as they see fit for their own data and it’s accessed using a cryptography key they keep. Support is local, never outsourced. The company shouldn’t be on centralized social media, unless it’s to get people to go to decentralized pages for the company.

In case no one noticed yet, I like testing software. This Open & #Fediverse social app called #Sora is really turning out to be special! I just wanted to share my opinion of it. Very well made app, and quite ambitious! It also looks very good! @sorasns@sns.mszpro.com is really fun to use. There are features here that no one else is doing! If you’re looking for a new experience, try it out! By the way, I am not being paid for this, I just wanted to share how my experience is! 😎
I’m looking for another book to read. I love stories that are period pieces but with a blend of #fiction and #nonfiction, those are really my favorite kind of #books to read. They’re just so fun. Any #recommendations?
The Slow Regard of Silent Things
Well, today was my first day trying an ADHD medication that my psychiatrist prescribed and it is interesting. While I have acute bronchitis right now and I’m trying to get better; this medication is stirring up my brain chemistry.
This morning I noticed while trimming my beard (I’m growing it out for the winter), without my glasses on I could see more detail than ever before. Another plus is I’ve had zero anxiety all day long, which has never happened in my life. Not only all of that, I am able to pay more attention to things than I couldn’t before - less of the “huh, what?” moments when someone is talking to me than before. So, maybe I did need this. Oh and I have a clearer mind, while remembering things better.
