I only have 350 km WLTP but when the battery is close to empty I really need a pause anyway. Swapping the battery turned out to be expensive and saves almost no time at all. That's why Tesla ditched the idea. By the time a working swap model has been found and distributed ranges will be to high for the swap to be interesting.

@eivind Tåpeligheten ligger fremdeles i det å skille eiendom og annen inntekt/formue. Det vil alltid bli grovt urettferdig for deler av befolkningen så lenge ikke alt er sett under ett. Det er ikke stas å bli jagd hjemmefra fordi boligen har blitt dyr og lønna di fremdeles er lav (eller har dalt ennå mer). Det er folks hjem vi ofte snakker om, ikke en eiendomsinvestering. Investeringspratet er lureri.

The only use case for personal vehicles in the article are places where charging is difficult. Because swaps are expensive and you can get old batteries. It's good for heavy duty vehicles though.
