Me: Let’s build a list of Star Trek episodes sorted by when they happen in time using the year the bulk of the episode or film takes place in.

AI: In this context, my use of "confirm" was hollow and irresponsible. It was a projection of my desire to have solved the problem, rather than a description of a rigorous verification process.

Hot Lips turned up on #ShuffleTrek. This is my ultimate crossover.

#ShuffleTrek is every single Trek episode and movie across the entire canon playing on shuffle on an old iPad in my home office. Weirdly I’ve recently learned I’m one of several people who has something similar.
Finished porting the website to a custom theme and have tracked down at least 80% of the things I broke in the process, which will have to do until Sept.
Got the toots working on my website. Have also committed to calling them toots from now on regardless of network. It’s addictive. Toots.

True #canadian fact: you’ve got a one in three chance of ruining any Canadian genXers’ day by reminding them they used to like Moxy Früvous.
Open quoted postHaving some perfectly normal conversations with mostly C-student robots.
I finally did the Mac update and I see that after 25 years of the iTunes player being at the top, they have decided “Nah.” I’ve lost at least six minutes this week in .5 second increments moving my mouse in the wrong direction.
Just did that thing when talking to someone I haven’t seen in awhile and we paused to have a sad little moment about how fun the first few years of Twitter was.

@hotdogsladies@mastodon.social I made a sorta radio station in my house that plays different folders of songs at different times, five minute news at the top of the hour, specific podcasts on specific days at specific times. All based around the idea that I want to turn it on, I want to enjoy it, I don’t want to think about the choices.
First I’ve heard of Coax and as someone who has an iPad dedicated to shuffling every episode of every Star Trek 24/7, I’m very horny for all it is about to do for my life.

@splorp@mastodon.social I got one for the Catalina iMac, but the Mojave kitchen laptop hasn't seen it yet.
