Food for thought on the #fediverse : social interaction mechanisms "designed" by evolution to work at a certain scale may more likely lead to deadly patterns (spread of disinformation) if they are forced to work at a larger scale, boosted by social media algorithms.
Just limiting the possible relationship scale (as #mastodon does by design) may be a much more viable solution than content moderation to fight against #disinformation on the web
