Not only has AI changed how we browse. Humans don't need to click at links and browse at all, and that's why we have put a broken link to exa's website on our blog. /j

My first PR to servo just got merged! 🎉🥳
It adds support for the content property on the ::marker pseudo-element.
It was a rewarding experience, reading the CSS WG Spec, learning Rust, and the Servo repo!

Thank You @koala@todon.eu @mukilan@discuss.systems @jdm_@mastodon.social and everyone who helped along the way :)
being on the job market has been so hard, especially with all the AI stuff, i have been questioning if i am even focusing on applying at the right places or developing the right skills
i have talked to a bunch of different people about navigating the job market and everyone seems clueless
didnt know i would miss the javascript framework wars and git rebase vs git merge type shi so much, welp, here we are
i would seriously prefer a website that only uses HTML 2.0 over all the slop websites
i think I will have to accept my fate in the world and apply for companies that encourage enormous amounts of AI usage.
at the same time, I feel so worried that writing code by hand will start to feel much more difficult if I am forced to use AI at work
we are probably not heading towards a permanent underclass but a permanent cognitively declined society where people can't even write emails without AI, it's annoying.
left my homeserver at my parent's 2 months back and haven't had a chance to go back to my hometown
my homeserver still works over tailscale :D
Glad to be able to help Gajim be available on MacOS! 🎉
i am so tired of this world, the central govt. of India is now questioning decriminalization of homosexuality
an important reminder to care about your queer friends 💜
Contributing to servo as an outreachy contributor has been pretty fun!
I did not expect to be able to land multiple PRs in a project as complex as Servo.
Also shout out to the amazing community around Servo who's always helping me 🤗
i noticed that if i have glare on my screen it is way less noticeable with light mode
i think next time i do work on the go where glare is a problem i will switch to light mode
