An IMHO extremely good and refreshing take on randomized trials with a lot of useful context to the somewhat well known discussion about whether randomizing newborns to not receive Extracorporeal Life Support was ethical (it was not, but for a different reason than usually discussed)

Epigrams (esp. early modern ones) are the closest older writers were to toots/tweets. People always loved witty, very short forms! So to honor that tradition, here's my attempt at translating one famous in Czechia:
