mastodon 4.8.0-alpha.3+glitchI'm very interested in free software and licensing of art and the written word. I'm a member-owner of a local brewpub cooperative. I use SDF and Tilde pub-nixes as well as self host what I can.
At 19:00 UTC Monday through Friday I'm on AnonRadio.net doing a 30 minute news show. I read news I've found around the web.

Had to shut off the dang #cricket world cup broadcast even though West Indies is having a heck of a high scoring run because they keep playing the same 3 second "This is our year" sound clip like 4 or 5 or more times in a row over and over and over again. Its torturous. I am pretty sure West Indies has it though. I hope they can abstain from hitting the same stinger button 800 times during tomorrows match.
Day two keynote helping us see how open source can help power sustainability. The ev infrastructure project is so cool. https://github.com/EVerest/EVerest many more cool things. thank you for this talk @hpdang@floss.social #seagl #seagl2023
I was shocked that the FSFE's payment processor canceled them abruptly. Then I realized oh many I wasn't a recurring donator. I have fixed that and you can too. Link to story - https://fsfe.org/news/2026/news-20260316-01.en.html
In positive news I think I am close to having my whole Authentik powered marcus universe setup. Once its all working I'll try and bundle it into one giant docker compose. Is there anything like a board in a box package out there?

Dear #fediverse my home #matrix server is going offline soon. Is self hosting viable ? I'm thinking my family and friends I would trust on such a thing would be like 12-16 people maybe. I am self hosting alot of different things for personal use but I hear it can be a bit resource intensive. Is this something I should toss on Hetzner or something then? Trying to figure it out. Might host a mastodon alongside itis that a horrible idea? Open to thoughts on the matter #selfhosting The server has 64g of ram and 2-300g of space I'm willing to allocate to it.
Congratulations Italy. Wow, what a performance by the Mosca brothers. Chasing it down without losing a wicket was something special. #Cricket 📸 from espncricinfo on IG
I like to listen to random music off of Bandcamp especially on #bandcampfriday and one of the records I was listening to over and over was called MANONMAN and for some reason I was thinking it was like Man, oh man! Like some mid westerner is happy about something. Anyway just wanted to remind you it is bandcamp day today :neofox_happy:
