For #giggle themed #FortnightFridayMusic Come On With It - Tower of Power "Bring it to me, Yes bring it to me girl I like the way you wiggle when you walk Bring it to me, Oh bring it right all over here baby I like the way you giggle when you talk" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDYYdoIDeNU

@briankrebs@infosec.exchange The sales pitch begins at ca 32:00 in the talk. 😀

@sundogplanets That is "Solar Roadways" kind of stupidity transported into space. A bit of back-of-the-envelope calculation puts things into perspective as usual. 😀

@mwichary@mastodon.online @yvg@indieweb.social I second that recommendation. On "Zollverein" also worth a visit the Red Dot Design Museum: https://www.red-dot-design-museum.org/essen

@Techaltar@mas.to IMO the empirical evidence for option B can't be ignored. I don't think that the tech bros, except a few that are really lost to religious fervor, are to dumb to understand that it is useless, they just can't act on that knowledge because that would pop the bubble. Trivial insight, I know. Notably the few that do speak up note that the central problem of hallucinations can't be fixed with the current approach. I have read statements to that effect out of the Meta and Google camp.

@zoeschiffer I don't think the shareholders will be in agreement with the assessment of his work completion status at Tesla.

@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social 😬😅

@Verso@mastodon.social It's unavoidable the FOMO is a primary instinct. 😀

@stephenfry@mastodonapp.uk@Craigyferg@universeodon.com is officially here now he confirmed this account on his twitter. https://twitter.com/CraigyFerg/status/1593583948902281216 Philosophy hour maybe for old times sake?
