A few things I've printed lately. #3DPrint #3DPrinting #BambuLab #3DPrintedDecor #Articulated
I started (personal) journaling again, electronically, because paper is my enemy (yet somehow, I decided cardstock crafts were a good fit :ablobthinkingeyes: )
Maybe one day when I clear out my "other" paper backlog, I can start a junk journal.
For now, for anyone with a love-hate relationship with paper, specifically notebooks, dated journals, planners, etc. you might like Zettlr for (personal) journaling.
I don't know if that was intended form, but it works wonderfully for me.
I've been pulling back from tech and social media a lot over the past few weeks, aside from here. I've actually been more active here. It's different. It's meaningful.
In the meantime, I'm sitting here listening to The Cure and playing The Sims like I'm a teenager and that's all, other than typing this post.
It feels good to disconnect.
Just cancelled all my Twitch subscriptions. I have Twitch Turbo. Also, I don't want it to consume that much of my life anymore.
Hey folks. I'm gonna be off the grid more than usual. Lots of heavy life stuff going on right now. I'll still be around, but likely not as vocal in the usual places. Don't forget to take care of YOU!
Been using my computer lately in complete silence. It is enlightening.
My boyfriend’s dog was attacked by another dog today. The other dog was supervised and inside a fenced yard, but it jumped the fence.
I’m not going into the details right now, but I do want to share something important:
Please take time to educate yourself on how to respond if you encounter an aggressive dog, whether you’re alone or with your own pet.
There are ways to prepare that aren’t aggressive, and there are also things you can do during an attack to protect yourself and your animal.
What you do after an incident matters too. Post-care can involve more than just basic first aid.
Holy heck. Started watching La Brea on Netflix (originally an NBC show) yesterday and I'm literally already on S2E13 (part one).
Binge watch accomplished, but ugh, I'm not gonna finish it before work tomorrow....
Sometimes it's okay to say I've hit a wall and that's all I can handle right now.
Oh, if I could be a comedian about this right now, I'd say except for when it's for pay.
Let's thing about this on a deeper level, though. Sometimes you have to disconnect from tech to find yourself again.
What songs do you hear when there is no music playing. That is not only the question, but it's also the answer.
Feeling a bit poetic lately.
"I guess I'm going to be the one to write you a 'four-page letter'.
I have to say, I was a bit taken aback when I mentioned it to you, then you, very quickly, said you would NOT write me a "four-page letter'. The conversation very quickly ended at that point.
I walked away to silently hide my tears.
I still don't understand and may never."

You ever need a place to paste what you were about to paste, but you forgot where you were going to paste it? Notepad is literally the GOAT.
