@janbeta@chaos.social That's quite the cool little PC! I'd be running Fedora on there as well. Probably Bazzite. I enjoyed the video. The fan has a pleasant tone. That’s always my issue with PC fans. If the tone is the right frequency; it's fine. Thanks for letting us hear it.

@janbeta I’m so happy you are loving it! I feel the same way about mine. It’s so well done.

@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social But nobody can like you can. 🖤

@taylorlorenz@mastodon.social He drank too much of the Kool-Aid. Way too much. In fact, he IS the Kool-Aid.

@janbeta You are very welcome. 😊

@elise I enjoyed this talk very much. Truely well done.

@malcircuit Resisting the flood of advice in my brain; so instead: You deserve to feel well and be happy. I hope for you. There is a good future for all of us out there somewhere, as hopeless as it can feel today. I don’t know much about you, but you seem very smart and thoughtful. The world needs smart and thoughtful. Sending all the positive vibes.

@alice Reads clear, polite and professional to me.

@Mer__edith @mel_hogan I think it’s likely large AI data centers will migrate off-planet (orbit, etc) soon. This will allow access to unlimited super-cooling as well as much more efficient solar power. Once Starship (100 tons to orbit, fully re-usable) is flying regularly in 1 to 2 years this should become cost effective. The data latency will be an issue, but many AI tasks are not latency limited.

@JeanPhilippe@techhub.social I saw this Star Wars movie already.

@MakerTube@mastodon.social When I follow a makertube user from mastodon, and I comment and star the post to their video (again, from mastodon), it doesn’t seem to turn into a like and comment on makertube.net. This does work on other PeerTube instances like tinkerbetter.tube. Is there some configuration you need to change?
