i do still think social media should have a Mea Culpa button where you can hit it and provide a reason you were wrong and then the entire thread is locked with your displayed reason. not because i'm ever wrong, i'm not, but for other people

found my old mousepad by @NovemberCrawford@mastodon.social and cleaned it best i could (i used it for a LONG time) and adding it to what i've now dubbed the "Scooby Doo Reading Shrine"

holy shit Watefox adding long-missing features like native RSS support back in?? awesomeeee https://www.waterfox.com/releases/6.7.4/

your "experts" who find "real use" are aging hacks who wish they were managers instead of engineers.

its crazy how even when you find what looks like well-meaning decentralized web folks you just have to scratch a little bit through the paint to reveal a cryptobro or ai shill underneath

rezzy brought me back to life with the power of eggy sandwich

literally had a brain blast at therapy which answered something i was ruminating on for like two years so that's cool

june brought me a real Classics of DVD

today i got it from Shopper Drug Mart where i emailed Shoppers Drug Mart and asked them to update my name in Shoppers Drug Mart and they said "i don't see your old name on your PC ID, did you mean Shoppers Drug Mart?" yes. yes you fucking idiot, i did.

at this point i can only assume it's either intentional malice or somebody feeding every single email through AI instead of reading it themselves because they're too fucking stupid to read actual words.

house of leaves isn't "liminal horror" you dingbats

they let me have too much sugar again

@junebug@slime.global nailed it. that's the thing is that i've found the acting used in trailer clips isn't actually indicative of the acting in the movie itself, cause trailers these days don't seem to be cut to show off acting - they're cut to show off BIG SCARES or whatever hahaha

you get a noprize if you can guess which trailer made me post this

this is becoming my new favorite eerie spaces exploration

i really wasn't expecting to end my night with mad tummy hurty and watching a SFM possessed game TF2 horror series. i REALLY wasn't expecting it to get like, pretty decent?

radar is my son and if anything happens to him i'll start world war three

@samkeeper@slime.global @itsnero@mstdn.itsnero.com the search syntax shit is so maddening we already have an entire @ syntax for mentioning people why do i have to change to "from:" when i'm searching?? crazy

pounding on the glass and demanding they let my gf out of baggage claim

radar legitimately turning down sex to instead chow down on a hot leg of lamb and mint jelly. short king.

this is going to sound facetious but i am not exagerating when i say sending mail increases my will to live. there's nothing else like it, man

blake: now take a deep breath radar: but that makes me throw up 🥺

haunted remnants!!!!

so much of modern anticheat is all to prevent like (scared gamer voice) "what if somebody gets the really cool vault weapon without earning it??" and my honest really sincere answer is i hope they enjoy it because this is a toy for adults and not something consequentially real

guys don't say "it's fine I'll just ADR it." really don't. stupid move

just bros sharing underwear in the winter... just cuddle up for warmth bros...

that's right!!!

luci Sagan really is an orator like no other.

@samkeeper@slime.global theme without qualia

i didn't like Flathead lol

watching VOY:Faces. why does Klingon!B'Elanna talk like that??

Looking for some horror movies to watch this October? Some friends of mine put together a marathon throughout the month named after the cult film Ghostwatch, and I've been given the great honor of putting together the trailer watch party for this year! Even if you're not in the crew, you might enjoy seeing a slew of weird horror films showcased in one place! https://homoplaza.tv/w/773zjM4fR8i5JRGjMW4Z1j #Horror #HorrorMovies #Ghostwatch #TrailerParty

i feel like i need to email Tim Oxton and ask if he's ever considered making his spooky games about anything

we took half the story and hid it behind the most boring half of the game mechanics

i guess the reason they don't call the new iphone the iphone 2026 pro or whatever is because that would really obviously tip their hand that they engineer planned obsolescence, just like how car manufacturers d- wait a minute

they should let artdink have whatever they did when they did tail of the sun get them off the 2d3d grind because bud i would kill for a notam of wind remake (no gameplay changes)
