Just tried out Deadlock for the first time and I regret to inform myself that I have fallen in love with a handful of characters, and if they ever add skins I am done for.

My doctor and I talked about options, she agreed that gel is more efficient, but it comes with drawbacks like having to worry about sweat or water making the patches fall off, and a literal shortage of it in the US in general.
She has a few other transfem patients and they all have had to swap to either pills or injections if they were on the gel patches due to inability to acquire them.
*sigh* big dysphoria day since my beard shadow hasn't fallen out fully since my laser treatment. Had a migraine but had to go shopping. Got sir'd several times and called a man at Aldis. Maybe I go back to bed.

Not a parent, but a trans person myself, I would highly recommend you both sit down and give a read through of the Gender Dysphoria Bible to both have a better understanding of what your kid might be going through, and what to expect of estrogenic second puberty.

I will say the 2.5 months I've been on HRT have been significantly better for my mental health than anything else. I am experiencing real joy outside of my chosen escapist hobbies. I have begun to actually see myself in the mirror (I no longer have depersonalization). I take like 100x more selfies than I ever have. My photos show there's light in my eyes. I care about my body and presentation more and want to do better to live in it rather than tolerate it as a shell. My fiancee says that I'm happier.

I went to Aldis today, and on my way out this older dude is fighting with a cart. He doesn't understand how the coin lock works, so I stop for a sec to help him out.
