Well, ummmm, that’s an unfortunate truncation of a podcast title on my car’s dashboard. @justin@ramble.space

Not me, getting both of my talk proposals submitted with ~5 minutes left in the deadline...... 😬

@ryancheley@mastodon.social Words can only do so much at a time like this, so I won't pretend I know the right ones to say.
I've got a friend who's deeply religious, but runs in circles with others who are not. In times like these he always calls for "prayers and ineffectual secular well wishes". A bit of levity in an otherwise shitty situation. Always makes me chuckle.
You and your family will be in thoughts. Sending prayers and ineffectual well wishes.

@katianakamura Sorry to hear that, that stinks! ☹️ I really appreciated your posts about using Django on Fly. Wishing you good luck and sending good vibes for the future

Using this Spring Steam Sale to pick up some more co-op multiplayer games for my 6 year old and I to play together. So far, TMNT Shredder’s Revenge which is just an A++ nostalgia trip to when I was his age.
Also, It Takes Two which has been a blast to play together from a co-op gameplay mechanics perspective but man, what a bummer of a story to play with your kid!

@webology@mastodon.social @adamghill@indieweb.social Funny seeing this pop up today, I was just thinking about what it would take for a SQLModel style take on Django’s ORM, fully leaning into type hints and Pydantic. This doesn’t seem too far off from what I imagined.
