@kibcol1049@mstdn.social @adarsh@ruby.social The original Solar Initiative page on their website is missing (despite formerly being in the navigation and currently being linked to from other pages… 🤔), but the Wayback Machine has a copy from June: https://web.archive.org/web/20250623131906/https://www.batesvilleschools.com/domain/176

I’m migrating this account to @jgarber@social.lol, so if you see a follow request from that account, know that it’s me.

…and rip to any follow requests you had on your old instance because there has •never• as far as I've ever seen been a way to view a list of those pending requests.

Mastodon following migrations/imports are generally hit-or-miss. Here's what an import of my following CSV from indieweb.social to social.lol shook out as.

• 874 total following in exported CSV
• 795 successfully imported/followed
• 25 errors
• 54 pending/missing/unknown

Oddly enough, the errors seem to cluster around mastodon.social, of all things. The remaining are a combination of pending approvals, bridged BlueSky accounts, tombstone'd accounts, and… unknown.

@zephoria It's hard to get a good search results link to https://www.usaspending.gov/search but what I could quickly find shows what may be two new contracts (based on performance start date) to Palantir Technologies Inc. worth about $8MM in total. One at Treasury (IRS) and one at HHS (NIH). There may be more there, but that's the site I'd use to dig deeper.

@itsfoss@mastodon.social The linked article notes that the maintainers of RubyGems signed the open letter, but there’s no mention of anything Ruby-related in the actual letter (linked from the linked article). Am I missing something?
