@Bri@fwoof.space @nycki96 there are nights I am lucky if I get 30 minutes of sleep. I am draggy all day when this happens.
@Bri@fwoof.space I wish I could get decent sleep at night, but a lot of the time sadly that doesn't happen.
@Bri@fwoof.space well sometimes our bodies want even more sleep. mine wouldn't as a general rule, but you just never know what your body wants.
@Rickster1963@stranger.social having a bit of an ow ow ow day, but I am sure that part of that is because it is raining here too. it is currently 43 degrees.
