#bristol #bristolcitycouncil charges for green bin collections but then does not collect them as they don't have enough staff. The new robot answerphone is unhelpful. Is Bristol city council criminally negligent? or just criminal?

@wood5y@mastodonapp.uk The #robot #ai answerphone says "YOU MUST" report missed collections via the website. I had already done that 2 days before but it made no difference. But what #MUST #bristol city council do? empty them! It is strange we pay them, they tell us what to do.
