Tristan & our home helped me heal.
It took 3 years for me to regain my self-confidence. Switching to an 80% work schedule + working from home; moving to the countryside; taking control of my diet; growing much of our food; sleeping more & better; reading physical books; meeting people; staying physically active; stepping away from my smartphone—these are all things that have made me happier!

We've had way too many unexpected expenses this year, so my unused vacation bonus melted away like snow in the sun... Luckily, my 2015 MacBook is still up to date on Sonoma thanks to OpenCore Legacy Patcher, but Sonoma’s days are numbered... so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll get another bonus in June of next year so I can treat myself to an MNT Reform NEXT Purple Edition 💜

I’ve personally followed the same path by going back to physical books, taking handwritten notes, and cutting back on the time I spend on my smartphone! This isn’t about rejecting digital technology; it’s about managing its use and preserving my own mental faculties 🤓

7ème livre de l'année et grande découverte pour moi ! Un mini format, tout en poésie, mais tellement grand par la force des mots 😍 j'envie cet espoir porté par un père en sa fille, dans une utopie mélancolique & un futur au féminin pour mieux habiter le vivant 🌱
Et je crois que j'ai besoin plus que jamais de lire ces récits qui m'inspirent à lutter pour un monde meilleur 💪
Comme tous les midis je regarde l'épisode de la veille de 28 minutes, et aujourd'hui je suis touché & bouleversé par Lili Keller-Rosenberg ❤️
Rescapée des camps de la mort, elle est incroyable, admirable, forte ! Elle tient tête aux négationnistes et témoignera encore "jusqu'à 100 ans" qu'elle dit; je m'offrirai bien sûr sa BD "Lili, toujours debout, jusqu'au bout !". Son interview m'a donné des frissons :
