@MissConstrue Medical practices will have issues, sure. But there are other websites listed that are not licensed medical clinics but still distribute legitimate meds. Maybe a link takes someone to a storefront where they purchase a listing for a pair of earrings but instead are sent the meds they need. It's illegal to send and receive many drugs in the mail, and yet there are still big businesses based around doing so successfully. If cocaine, viagra, and estrogen can make it through the postal system, so can abortion meds. Anyone can mail anything to anyone. If someone accidentally mails unmarked pills to your address, can a court prove you bought those or even know what they are? The post office will never start opening every suspicious envelope, or else Etsy will be the first company out of business. People have been helping other people get abortions for all of human history. Assholes will never be as creative and flexible as people who believe in liberation.

@kiraso Relying on any politicians to protect us from politician-funded thugs like DHS and ICE is a big reason why it's so hard to move society forward! Fully admit this was not conveyed in my original reply, so I will be clear now that I am an anarchist who has, after years of contacting my representatives, instead started imagining a world without DHS, ICE, or politicians that we have to beg for the bare minimum.
