uncomfortably numb

@danwentzel@urbanists.social When Musk put tons of money into the 2025 Wisconsin Supreme Court elections; it backfired on him. The people of WI did not want outsider big money in their elections and voted democrats into office out of spite! Let's hope this strategy backfires on him again. #elections #politics #Wisconsin

@Geri A big reason to go solar.

@Npars01@mstdn.social @thomasjwebb@mastodon.social @mattblaze@federate.social I will have to say that after doing some research about a year ago Schwab donated 95%+ of their political donations to the R party, while Fidelity donated 50% to the R party and 50% to the D party. I'm not a fan of either, but Fidelity might be the lesser of two giant evils.

@Sheril I do have a home charger. I charge at night when it's much cheaper. It costs me $20/month to charge my car. I drive about 1000 miles/month. It paid for my home charging station in one year.

@GeePawHill The local high school (girls) hockey team players could care less that one of their team members is trans. It's the adults in the legislature throwing a fit.

@mattblaze Let us know if you find an investor group that won't block SPLC

@hootalex Hi. I like your art and it reminds me of the art of a woman I know, who is quite well known for her art. https://www.tracioverycovey.com

@shoq I was in jr high shortly after Vietnam war, and it was evident our history teachers had a message to us about propaganda, stereotypes, women's independence, etc.

@not2b @mattblaze That is good to know. Thank you.

@JPummil@genomic.social A convicted felon cannot be elected president!

@marioguzman@mastodon.social Not as sexy as Spotify, but Yahoo is airing those adds too. I use Yahoo to check my elderly mom's emails, that's it, but it sucks going on that site.

@sladewatkins@mastodon.social @marioguzma They are running icecsfs too

@mcnado@mstdn.social Do you think it would do any good to write our congress people about this?
