Some people try to correct me (not factually but rather as a person) and constantly keep giving me "micro feedback" or heavily discourage me.
This is the number one most exhausting and depressing thing for me. A look of disgust is really demotivating, especially if it comes from a well-known person.
Sadly, there are such empathy-less people physically close to me. At this point I just want them to shut up because it's too much to ignore.
Since learning more about my identity, my mood rapidly swings between "I hate everything" and "I can finally live"

@meluzzy The things that can help me sometimes are cycling, eating or drinking something sweet, distracting myself with funny videos, giving myself an E injection (if on pause or overdue) or playing a game with friends. Do something that makes you feel good and is easy to do. I have those moments too, you're not alone and there are many people who appreciate you. You deserve nice things! 🫶
