About a year ago, the HomePods I was using in stereo pair as my main TV speakers started having static noises any time I’d play videos at faster than 1x. AFAIK it never got fixed, to the point I sold the HomePods and switched to Sonos. I feel so vindicated knowing it’s a widespread AirPlay bug.

Absolutely wild the rate at which Apple is bleeding AI talent. Increasingly looks like their best (and maybe only) path to ship “LLM Siri” and other delayed AI features/hardware next year will be to power everything with Gemini or Claude as reported.
It’s gonna take them so many years to catch up.
