sharkey 2025.4.7
Hi! I'm Evelyn, or Evy for friends. I also go by enjarai around the interwebs. I'm a girl as of recently, even if I'm not very good at it yet...
I run this sharkey instance and a bunch of other (web)services for my friends and pets using
#nixos. #programming, #software design, and #sysadmin are my passion. Chronic computer toucher perchance.
I also make
#minecraft mods and stuff, mostly using
#fabricmc. See my modrinth and curseforge linked below
I support Trans Wrongs
Girls love me, fish fear me, you should give me headpats.
I am an adult and may interact with adult content every now and then, though it will be appropriately content warned.

@Purple@woof.tech oh yea this has definitely happened to me. i feel like its most prominent in people who also overestimate their own abilities, which is also surprisingly common in this industry

hello federated versus. does anyone know of a way to use NFS that isnt stupidly insecure? or alternatively some other network filesystem solution that doesnt use FUSE?
im like really stuck on this and idk what to do. i'd just use a wireguard tunnel usually, but that annoyingly isnt an option here...
