I'm doing Advent of Code with different languages for fun because welp, got nothing better to do.
In this update: Programming is still hella fun tho.
Looking more closely at my old stamp shipment from last month and realising I hit the jackpot :bunhop3:
I just read “Amigurumi and junky crochet knickknacks don’t even need to exist in the first place but the crafting community isn’t ready for this conversation” and now I need to un-read this take.
Okay what’s next? Painters quit making paintings? Jewelers quit making jewelry? Cross stitchers give up? We all just… quit crafting things because they don’t serve a practical purpose?
(And I say this as primarily a garment crafter. Let people enjoy making pretty things, gosh dang.)

I don't know how I didn't realise for years that villagers almost always give you clothes you don't already own, so you basically just have to keep gifting them to expand your catalogue. I'm down to 700 missing from 1000 missing in the last month.
(They don't gift bags or shoes, so I'm working on those by myself 😭)

Weather is so nice I am wanting to do something fun and productive outdoors but body says nope, you are going to have a migraine today.
I need to talk to past me about why she felt she needed 50 (literally) eyeshadow palettes, some of them completely untouched.
Powders don't really go bad, but still, that's more eyeshadow than life expectancy.
At least I used the past hour to place grocery orders for the next week but you know, I was really hoping to be awake tomorrow…

I didn’t even know this cute little robot existed until this post, but I am happier that it exists. A strictly utilitarian world would be such a depressing place to live in (and we all know who would get to decide the definition of whether something has utility or not).
