UT, including highly in-demand UT Austin, has banned TikTok from its Wi-Fi networks, citing information riskiness. 1) So I assume blocking the entire Web is next? and 2) students use TikTok on their phones, which generally don’t need Wi-Fi. I don’t know exactly what type of theater to call this: #InfoTheater #NationalismTheater #RedStateTheater ? Also seems like the far right’s answer to #VirtueSignaling.

I am an IP lawyer but we have to be very careful not to give advice via social media or other means that might inadvertently create an attorney-client relationship where one is not intended. You’ll need a copyright lawyer and will need to obtain all the necessary licensing to make your feature. Rights to the screenplay might just be the starting point.
