His initial feedback was that the build and installation process went smoothly. Everything works out of the box including the fingerprint sensor in our KDE environment. He also commented that the speakers were some of the best he had heard on a laptop. All in all, he is happy to have received the Framework 16 as it will help him contribute to the AerynOS project. Framework's repairability and upgradability will also serve us well into the future. For example, Framework previously sent the project a Framework 13. Due to a mishap, the screen on that device subsequently broke but it was a simple process to get a replacement screen and get the laptop back in working order. @AerynOS@hachyderm.io @frameworkcomputer@fosstodon.org framework is many things, but good sound is definitely not one of them

Plenty more space, but the Overview hot corner is still comfortable to reach.

Ended up getting a 37.5" 3840x1600@144 LG IPS. At 110 PPI it's slightly above my comfort zone (I sit 80+ cm from my screen), but so far it's been fine. Only a few websites where I get the urge to zoom in.

I must say, scrollable tiling works really well with a 21:9. I've heard it from niri users plenty of times, and now I can see it myself.
@YaLTeR@mastodon.online how is your neck? 2 monitor looks kinda uncomfortable
